Renovated rooms with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. Front desk staff, particularly Claudia, provided excellent service even during transport strikes.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. One thing I loved about this place is its proximity to the theatre. It was so convenient for me to just walk over to the show. Also, it was close to a supermarket which made it easy for me to grab some snacks before heading out. Additionally, the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me directions from the airport. The room amenities were great, from the tea and coffee facilities to the soundproofed rooms. It had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in this area.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is just off the lively Covent Garden area and a 3-minute walk from the Holborn underground station. This makes it very convenient to explore many local attractions in the center of London. The staff at the hotel are also very friendly and accommodating, providing treats for the kids and going above and beyond. The room itself is clean and comfortable, with a nice kitchenette and amenities such as a washer and dryer available.

Some of the windows in the room overlook an unsightly back view, which lacks privacy and requires shutting the curtains for complete privacy and blocking out all the light.

As vegetarians and vegans, we were thrilled to find a fully equipped kitchen in our Macklin Suite at The Lincoln Suites. The presence of an oven, hob, and dishwasher allowed us to prepare our own meals with ease. Additionally, the Nespresso machine provided a lovely touch for our morning coffee. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, with premium products that were cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. The staff were also incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, even before we arrived. They were quick to respond to our questions and had our room ready early. The location was perfect for us, as we were going to see a show at Covent Garden. It was just a few minutes walk away. The hotel was very clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Despite being on a main road, the noise outside was hardly noticeable. We also appreciated the option to buy breakfast and dinner from nearby cafes and shops. It was a great experience overall.

We had an amazing stay at Lincoln Suites! Upon arrival, we were kinda surprised by an upgrade to a spacious one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the walk-in shower was a highlight. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the theater and Waterloo Station. We felt right at home with the comfortable amenities, including a TV in both the bedroom and living room. The staff, especially Gemma, were helpful and were really good too assist us during a medical emergency. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in a central location.
